Recertification
Many of Villanova University’s certificate programs offer you the opportunity to earn certifications or gain knowledge to help prepare for industry certification exams. Earning a certification can help you enhance your resume and validate your knowledge of the core concepts of the associated field of study.
For certifications that are issued by Villanova University, recertification is required every three years to ensure that students maintain the same level of knowledge demonstrated on their first exam.
Villanova University offers various recertification pathways:
- Retake the certification exam; initial exam fee would apply.
- Complete two online Villanova courses; see list of approved courses below for each program.
- Earn 18 CEUs over the three year period from the initial certification issuance.
