Mr. Caudill is the Arthur M. Goldberg Family Chair in Law and Professor of Law at the Villanova University School of Law, where he teaches on expert scientific testimony, as well as legal ethics, property law and sports law. Prior to joining Villanova in 2005, he taught sports and entertainment law, contracts and legal ethics at Washington and Lee University, and practiced law in California and Texas. Mr. Caudill earned his JD from the University of Houston Law Center, and was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, and Articles Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. His latest book, Stories About Science In Law: Literary And Historical Images Of Acquired Expertise, was published in 2011. He earned his PhD in philosophy from the Free University of Amsterdam.
