Jill Knapp, BS, ITIL

Jill Knapp is a 12-time ITIL-certified systems professional with extensive experience in corporate training, outsourced IT management, service desk implementations, process redesign, technical writing, and team transformation. Over her nearly 20-year IT career, Ms. Knapp played key roles in service desk implementations, LAN/WAN rollouts, technical account management, CRM, tool implementations, and off-shoring initiatives in numerous industries. In addition to her ITIL training and self-study, Ms. Knapp received formal education from the Project Management Institute at Rowan University, official Microsoft Group Policy/Active Directory design instruction, and a CompTIA+ certificate. She holds a degree in Education from Montclair State University and has several published industry articles to her credit.
