Bob Grinsell is an accomplished IT professional who has successfully lead business-critical initiatives in business relationship management, performance metrics and SLA reporting, service catalog and request management, service level management, process improvement, problem and incident management and service delivery. He has lead and been involved in projects related to the creation of a service catalog, establishing SLAs and performance metrics, among other projects. Holding multiple certifications in ITIL (v2 and v3) and Lean (practitioner), Mr. Grinsell is also experienced in project management, the Theory of Constraints, process improvement and team building. His industry experience includes IT consulting and technical services, software development and support in healthcare, retail and manufacturing.
