Sandra Kearney
Sandra Kearney is the founder and CEO of e426.org, and is on the Faculty at Villanova University. She previously held several positions at IBM, most recently as the IBM Director for Global Initiatives and Programs focusing on government, business and national agendas. An advocate of emerging technologies, Sandra held the position of IBM Director of 3-D Internet and Virtual Business Technologies and played a pivotal role in driving IBM’s Virtual Universe Community and technologies that were incubated within IBM’s global research laboratory network. Sandra’s track record includes development of strategies and programs for government, aviation and logistics, media & entertainment and financial services. Additionally, she was a Senior Business Analyst for the industrial Sector in IBM. She also brings substantial skills from her 22 years as a Major in the United States Air Force, where she was variously an Instructor Pilot, Flight Safety Officer, Chief of Safety, Alternative Futures Program Officer, Pilot Scheduler, Plans and Programs, Loadmaster, and Electronics Technician. She currently serves on The Board of Advisors: Virtual World Certification/Curriculum at the University of Washington. She earned her Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Grand Canyon University.
Robert D. Stokes, Ed.D
Robert Stokes is the Assistant Vice President for Part-Time Studies and University Outreach at Villanova University. He teaches classes at the undergraduate and graduate level in public administration, psychology and education. He has taught on-line and trained faculty in teaching on-line at colleges such as the University of Richmond, Hofstra, Fairfield University, Villanova University and Broward Community College. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond, master's degree from the University of Vermont and doctoral degree from Indiana University. He has published training materials for the Society for Human Resource Management and American Payroll Association and has been recognized by SHRM as well as the American Management Association.
Maj. Gen. John Howlett
Maj. Gen. Howlett was Deputy Director, U.S. Strategic Command Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. The center integrates and synchronizes Department of Defense efforts to combat weapons of mass destruction in support of U.S. government objectives. General Howlett was commissioned as a second lieutenant through Officer Training School in 1973. The general is a command pilot with more than 7,000 hours supporting airlift and air refueling missions in the C-141 Starlifter and the KC-10 Extender. He is a veteran of operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His special assignments include serving as a facilitator for the Air Force Reserve Future Strategic Planning Initiative, Reserve Crisis Action Team officer at 21st Air Force during Operation Desert Shield, and Reserve adviser to the Commander of 21st Air Force. Now retired, he is a pilot for a major airline.
Cortney Gilbert
Cortney Gilbert graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College in 1999 with a B.A in English. He earned an M.B.A. with a focus in Information Systems from DeSales University in 2002, as well as an M.S. in Regulatory Affairs from Temple University in 2010. He has been employed in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years, with the majority of his career spent within the regulatory operations arm of a large global drug and vaccine manufacturer. His current responsibilities are focused on electronic regulatory submission assembly and delivery — specifically centered on implementation and adoption of the electronic common technical document. In his spare time Cortney is very involved with local community organizations, serving as president of his church council, a commissioner of his area baseball league, and an active participant in his child's home and school association.

Dr. Campbell is an adjunct professor of accounting for the Saint Leo University Center for Online Learning in Tampa, Florida.
Thomas R. Robinson – PhD, CPA, CFP, CFA
Dr. Robinson is an associate professor of accounting at the University of Miami.
