IT Service Management/ITIL® Staff & Faculty

Wayne Brantley, MS Ed, PMP, ITIL, CRP, CPLP - Wayne Brantley is the Senior Director of Professional Education for Villanova University Online. He also is a continuing education faculty member for Villanova University Online and The Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Brantley has taught and consulted on project management, quality management and other disciplines to Fortune 500 companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the Air Force as a project manager for AF technology training and curriculum development programs. He has developed numerous AF and corporate training programs, classroom, multimedia, and Internet-based programs. Mr. Brantley is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP); certified by EXIN as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) v3 Foundation; certified by the American Society of Training and Development as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP); and certified by the ROI Institute as a Certified Return on Investment Professional (CRP).

Barry Faibish, BS, ITIL - Barry Faibish is an ITIL consultant and instructor who holds both the ITIL Expert and ITIL Service Manager certifications, qualifying him to provide ITIL training at all levels. He has provided ITIL instruction to over 1,500 students across the United States and Canada over the past five years, with class pass rates in the 90th percentile. Mr. Faibish works with numerous training organizations and is an accredited trainer and proctor with four ITIL Examination Institutes. He has worked with a number of consulting firms including DMR and Deloitte. His industry experience includes finance and banking, insurance, telecommunications, food and beverage, hospitality, retail, petroleum and automotive as well as various levels of government. Mr. Faibish’s engagements have included ITIL training and assessments, corporate acquisition valuations, vendor ERP selection, business initiative benefit audits, tax research and development audits, data and process modeling, process re-engineering, and business case development.

Bob Grinsell, ITIL - Bob Grinsell is an accomplished IT professional who has successfully lead business-critical initiatives in business relationship management, performance metrics and SLA reporting, service catalog and request management, service level management, process improvement, problem and incident management and service delivery. He has lead and been involved in projects related to the creation of a service catalog, establishing SLAs and performance metrics, among other projects. Holding multiple certifications in ITIL (v2 and v3) and Lean (practitioner), Mr. Grinsell is also experienced in project management, the Theory of Constraints, process improvement and team building. His industry experience includes IT consulting and technical services, software development and support in healthcare, retail and manufacturing.

Jill Knapp, BS, ITIL - Jill Knapp is a 12-time ITIL-certified systems professional with extensive experience in corporate training, outsourced IT management, service desk implementations, process redesign, technical writing, and team transformation. Over her nearly 20-year IT career, Ms. Knapp played key roles in service desk implementations, LAN/WAN rollouts, technical account management, CRM, tool implementations, and off-shoring initiatives in numerous industries. In addition to her ITIL training and self-study, Ms. Knapp received formal education from the Project Management Institute at Rowan University, official Microsoft Group Policy/Active Directory design instruction, and a CompTIA+ certificate. She holds a degree in Education from Montclair State University and has several published industry articles to her credit.

Julie L. Mohr, BS, ITIL - Julie Mohr is the President of Mind The IT Gap. She is a passionate organizational change agent, providing imaginative insight and dynamic leadership to transform organizations into best practice, customer-focused environments. She has empowered over 50 organizations including many Fortune 100 companies through knowledge management, ITSM, IT governance, organization enhancements, process re-engineering and service level management. Ms. Mohr developed an IT governance framework and audit methodology utilized by thousands of organizations worldwide to identify weaknesses, develop improvement plans and implement IT governance. She is an active contributor to the future development of the industry through speaking engagements at conferences worldwide, researching industry trends and publishing over 160 articles on best practices.
