Villanova University collaborates with the University Alliance to offer online certificate programs through the Division of Part-Time and Continuing Studies, online undergraduate degrees through the College of Professional Studies, and an online undergraduate degree through the College of Nursing, building upon the University’s tradition of academic excellence. University Alliance is the nation's largest exclusive e-learning provider of degree and certificate programs from regionally accredited universities, with over 300,000 enrollments to date.
Since 1842, Villanova University’s Augustinian Catholic intellectual tradition has been the cornerstone of an academic community in which students learn to think critically, act compassionately and succeed while serving others. There are more than 10,000 undergraduate, graduate and law students in the University’s six long-standing colleges: the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the Villanova School of Business, the College of Engineering, the College of Nursing and the Villanova University School of Law, and the College of Professional Studies, which is the first new college to be added to Villanova University in 50 years. Established in 2014, the College of Professional Studies offers four new online bachelor’s degrees designed for the adult learner.
