Gary Ball – Mr. Ball is a Lean Manufacturing Training and Implementation Professional who gained his expertise in Lean methodologies working directly with the Kaizen Institute of America where he became a Certified Kaizen Facilitator in 1994. He has 10 years of experience leading training sessions and facilitating kaizen events for small and large manufacturing and service companies.
Wayne Brantley, MS Ed, PMP – Mr. Brantley is the Managing Director of Villanova University Professional Education Online. He has taught and consulted project management around the world to Fortune 500 companies. He has over 24 years of experience in the Air Force as a project manager for AF technology training and curriculum development programs. Mr. Brantley has developed numerous AF and corporate training programs, as well as classroom, multimedia and Internet-based programs. A dynamic presenter and trainer, he has spoken at numerous conferences such as the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) annual conferences. He is a doctoral candidate in Computer Information Technology at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Brantley has been an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University, George Washington University and the University of Alaska.
Jeffrey Capano, CSSBB – Mr. Capano’s background includes over 10 years at Ford Motor Company. He is the President and CEO of Capano & Associates Quality Management Systems Training and Coaching, where he has coached process improvement methodologies worldwide to companies such as Bell Engineering, Hitachi, Tigerpoly, GM and Delphi. He has worked extensively with value stream mapping, continuous improvement, kaizen and capacity planning.
John Cipriani, PMP, MSA – Mr. Cipriani has consulted 25 years in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. He has provided results-based solutions for companies such as Metropolitan Life, Eaton, General Motors, AT&T/Lucent and Sears. He has successfully led projects and teams, and has been a guest speaker at industry events nationwide.
Ron Crabtree – Mr. Crabtree is an internationally recognized expert in cutting-edge business process improvement methodologies. He has 30 years of experience in a variety of business settings, from small privately held manufacturers to Fortune 100 corporations and leading global management consulting firms.
Patrick Davidson, BS, MA, CSSBB – The Operations Manager for Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc, Mr. Davidson has held the positions of Materials Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Engineer, and Value Stream Manager for tier 1 automotive and aerospace manufacturing suppliers. Prior to working full time in manufacturing, he was an Instructional Designer and Lean Project Manager with the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (part of NIST's MEP network). He designed and taught courses on Lean systems to executive management teams, middle managers, operators and a variety of other employee groups. Mr. Davidson has directed and sponsored dozens of kaizen events resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost savings. An ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he has been a member of the Board of Examiners for the Michigan Quality Leadership Award. Mr. Davidson has a BS in Mathematics from Xavier University, and an MA in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
George Eckes, BA, MS – Mr. Eckes is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eckes & Associates, Inc. (EAI), a world-class Six Sigma training and consulting organization specializing in results-driven continuous improvement. George Eckes has more than 20 years of experience in quality management consulting and is the author of numerous books on Six Sigma. He has worked with major clients such as Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, JPMorgan Chase, Westin Hotels, Wells Fargo, Volvo and more. Mr. Eckes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame before completing his Master of Science from Eastern Michigan University.
Diane Johnson, MBA, MA, CSSBB, PMP – Ms. Johnson is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Her broad marketing and strategic planning background includes three years of experience as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 financial services company, five years as a marketing consultant, and eight years as a Marketing Director at a Fortune 500 agricultural/biotechnology company. An experienced instructor, she has taught marketing and Internet-related courses at the Drake University Business Center. Ms. Johnson has an MBA from the University of Iowa, an MA from the University of Denver, and a BA from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Robert Lidtke, CSSBB, MSA – Mr. Lidtke developed his Six Sigma/Lean knowledge over the past 20 years working in diverse manufacturing environments. He has worked for Ford Motor Company, DaimlerChrysler, Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center and Parker Hannifin. His international experience includes training and coaching diverse cultures to utilize Six Sigma to improve their products and processes. He also has extensive technical experience specializing in assembly, machining, stamping, plastic injection and welding processes for automotive, aerospace, industrial and home improvement commodities. Mr. Lidtke earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, he received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society of Quality and a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan.
Todd Mikula, BA, CSSBB – A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Mikula has worked in marketing, sales, operations, e-commerce and project management with Ford Motor Credit, Bank of America and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also a principal in three start-up companies. Mr. Mikula has a BA in Finance/Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Dan Munson, CSSBB, CQE – Mr. Munson’s background includes over 20 years at Honeywell and Storage Technology. He has consulted process improvement methodologies world wide to companies including 3M, Alcoa, AMP, Philips, Litton, National/Panasonic, Siemens and Sumotomo. He has worked with companies encompassing a broad range of commodities including: precision machining, plastics, sheet metal, paint fabrication, fiber optics, printed circuit boards, tape and disk drives, motors/encoders, optoelectronics, and fabrication and assembly of technology-leading integrated circuits. Mr. Munson is a talented instructor in teaching the tools and techniques of Six Sigma. He is a double-certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ certified, and company certified). He is also an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. He has been the keynote speaker on various Six Sigma topics at numerous supplier symposia and quality conferences.
Norma Simons-White, MS, CSSBB, CQE – Ms. Simons-White is President of Simons-White & Associates, Inc., a consulting and training organization that specializes in providing customized business and quality management solutions. She is presently working on a reliability committee for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. Ms. Simons-White has an MS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Wayne State University in Detroit.
Gary Wickett, BSIE, MBA – Mr. Wickett has considerable experience with Lean and JIT implementations, value stream mapping, continuous improvement, kaizen, 5-S, offsite product transfers and capacity planning. He has extensive experience working with the supplier base to implement Lean and has taught Lean concepts in the U.S. and China.
Karen Young, BS, MPM, CSSBB, C(ASCP)SC – A graduate of Villanova University’s Six Sigma program and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ms. Young is President and CEO of Strategic Solutions and Associates, LLC. She has a BS in Biology, a Master’s in Project Management and brings a wealth of Six Sigma experience.

Christina A. Stevenson, PT - Christina is the Corporate Data Quality Manager for the University of Maryland Medical System, where she consults with system hospitals to identify areas for improvement in quality. A licensed physical therapist, she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland.
Susan McGann, RN, BSN, MBA - The President and CEO of Pivotal Healthcare Solutions, Susan was among the nation’s first healthcare Six Sigma Master Black Belts. She has worked in all levels of the healthcare industry, successfully leading Six Sigma deployments and curriculum development. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Drexel University.
Karen J. Weed, BA - A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Karen is the Upstream Marketing Manager at GE Healthcare/IDX Systems Corporation, where she manages the upfront work associated with describing, scoping and defining success criteria for product introduction projects. The recipient of Black Belt certifications from General Electric and the American Society for Quality, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Johnson State College.
Amalia (Molly) Punzo, MD - A Six Sigma Green Belt, Molly is Medical Director for Quality at Shore Health Systems in Easton, Maryland. Previously she was Founder and Medical Director of the Department of Integrative Medicine at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. She earned her MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Adam Bowden, BA, BSc - Adam is President of Wizegy Consulting and Training. His 10 years of Six Sigma deployment as a Master Black Belt, along with 20 years as a Lean Master, has involved a multitude of corporations on several continents. He is experienced in all aspects of strategic and tactical business leadership, as well as process and product improvement across the industrial automation, aerospace and financial/transactional industries. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Management from The Open University, UK.
Douglas C. Davidson, BS - Senior Vice President at Bank of America Global Commercial Banking, Douglas has 14 years of experience in commercial banking, business banking and global treasury management services. He earned his BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in addition to NASD Series 7 and Series 24 licenses as a registered investment banking principal.
Aleshia Clarissa Kelley, MBA - Aleshia is Senior Manager of Quality and Process Improvement at Western Union Financial Services, where she co-partnered full deployment of Six Sigma and Kaizen philosophies in corporate and local offices in Missouri. A Certified Black Belt, she developed Green Belt materials and co-trained the organization’s entire management staff. Aleshia earned a Master’s of Management and an MBA from Fontbonne University, as well as a BBA in Finance from Howard University.

Don Ainsworth, GEBB - Don is an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provides consulting services related to business process reengineering, organizational change management and strategic planning. An expert in deploying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to information technology departments, he has mentored more than 75 Green Belts and Black Belts in his career.
Dan Feliciano, BA - A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Dan has successfully led numerous strategic performance improvement initiatives, yielding millions of dollars in benefits for organizations including GE Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems, Hughes Ground Warfare Systems, Virginia Power, Medical College of Virginia, CIGNA, Travelers, and Aetna. He earned a BA in Production/Operations Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
